Richard Jerman


Richard A. Jerman has 29 years of experience in real estate, specializing in acquisition, finance, governmental entitlements, planning, land sales and land development of primarily residential communities.

Mr. Jerman has been involved in the planning, entitlement and development of numerous projects exceeding a total of 13,000 acres planned for over 25,000 residential units; including Admirals Cove, Jupiter, Florida, Ibis Golf and Country Club, West Palm Beach, Florida, Wycliffe Golf and Country Club, Wellington, Florida and Live Oak Reserve, Oviedo, Florida.

From August 2005 to November 2007, Mr. Jerman was the Regional Land Vice President for Tousa Homes, responsible for land acquisition, land sales and overall development in Florida. Prior to TOUSA Homes, Mr. Jerman has been General Partner in various partnerships involved in residential development and large master planned communities. He has been responsible for the conceptual planning stages, management of the governmental approval process, land development and construction.

Mr. Jerman has assisted banks and creditors in the management and recovery of their investments through workouts. He has assisted four major banks in the management and disposition of assets over $100mm. He has also helped with the turnaround for several troubled companies and restructured debt.

He has been a development consultant for many real estate projects, both commercial and residential Including a 5,000 acre Development of Regional Impact. He has supervised project design, development planning, entitlements, financial planning and disposition strategies.

Mr. Jerman has received his BS in accounting and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant at the beginning of his career.
