Cypress Lakes is a development of 1,354 lots located on the east side of Orange County, Florida.

Project Status: Complete

Description: Sun Terra purchased 136 finished single-family lots that were previously entitled and developed.  Richard Jerman was also the original developer of this project prior to Sun Terra’s acquisition.

Builders

Ryan Homes, Meritage Homes. The previous lots in the early phases were done by Ryland Homes and Engle Homes.

A Superiorly Located Neighborhood

Sun Terra’s acquisition represented the bulk of the remaining lots in this superiorly located community.

All of the lots were sold to public homebuilders.
