Jimmy Dunn

Mr. Dunn has over 15 years of experience in the real estate business primarily in the residential area of real estate. Mr. Dunn has been involved in all aspects of real estate including acquisition, planning, entitlements and development. Through numerous projects, he has been involved in the development and entitlement of well in excess of 10,000 residential lots.
Mr. Dunn is a Florida licensed real estate broker. He joined a private real estate engineering, consulting, and development firm at the beginning of his career. With that firm, he directed acquisition, planning, and entitlements. He also was involved in the development of lots and sales to publicly traded homebuilders.
Over the last few years, Mr. Dunn has had full responsibility for the operation and success of the various development projects of the private development firm.
Mr. Dunn is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has served multiple terms as a Commissioner and as Chairman for the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission.
